Call Center Sales Representative (Internal)

We are looking for motivated, outgoing, part-time, experienced sales representatives to answer inbound calls and leads from potential customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Answers inquiries in a timely manner, clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
• Signs up new and returning prospects and customers, fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions, and forwarding requests.
• Maintains accurate call center database information by entering information in a timely manner.
• Successfully meets sales goals, communicating any roadblocks and recommended solutions as soon as they are identified. 
• Calls outbound leads as assigned by supervisor.
• Commits to, and consistently is available to, work a defined schedule.

• Prior successful sales experience, with history of meeting and exceeding sales targets

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least one (1) year of sales or call center experience preferred
• At least three (3) years of customer service experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job is a remote role. Work is to be done from home for several hours a day, routinely using computers and headsets. Must have access to a distraction-free, quiet work environment, with reliable (consistently above 50 mbps download speed) internet connectivity.
 

POSITION TYPE, EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

Emler Swim School hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, between approximately 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m.  This is a full-time or part-time position which includes some work scheduled during evenings and weekends.
